MARATHON DAY THIS WEEKEND

This is the big weekend, I just packed up everything and am headed to VA beach tomorrow, I wil let you kno how it goes when I return AH so nervous, I have been dreaming about this all week. SLow and steady, steady and slow. :) AHHH HERE WE GO, LETS GET IT

let the rain wash away all the pain from yesterday

its been raining all day and ive been exhausted, i think i need to up my coffee intake to over 1 cup perday. also i shovel down food like its my job now. my marathon is 9 days away and i am super nervous. i had my observation today, i am coaching track, and all around this week has been crazy. so its 9pm, im gonna write my reflection and go to sleep. i really dont feel like writing much, i just wanted to check in...so goodnight
